Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Pool heat is recommended from September 1 through May 31 at a cost of $75 per day. Pool is heated to 88 degrees and Spa is heated to 102 degrees. Reservations over 28 days pay actual utility costs . A $1500 utility deposit is required for reservations over 28 days. Weekly and monthly discounts available.
