The beautifully landscaped and very private backyard features a salt water pool and spa with a fabulous mountain view! Plenty of pool floats are provided as well as poolside lounge chairs for soaking up the desert sun. A romantic firepit, 2 amazing conversation areas and a relaxing hammock are all ready for your enjoyment! The outdoor shower completes this classic Palm Springs pool area.

A second patio off the kitchen features an "al fresco" dining spot with seating for 4 and a propane grill for the perfect gathering spot for meals.

Inside Space

The interior of this midcentury Palm Springs home features walls of glass and polished concrete floors with stylish midcentury modern furnishings and artwork.

An oversized great room offers plenty of  comfortable seating for everyone. The Ultra HD smart TV provides basic cable as well as Netflix, Prime Video and Hulu streaming services. We added a dedicated workspace because sometimes you just gotta work. A romantic fireplace  and a bar area completes this wonderful space. Walls of glass extend this room to the outside where there is a lounging area with couch and love seat and a hanging chair, of course! 

The chic gourmet kitchen has upgraded appliances, ice maker and water dispenser and all of the gadgets including a convection oven and lightning fast microwave. There is complete service for 6 and upgraded cookware.

The primary bedroom suite provides a queen sized bed with hotel quality mattress and luxury linens and pillows for a good night's rest . The primary bath has separate vanities each with its own sink. A soaking tub and separate walk in shower with rain showerhead complete this spa like experience. The secondary suite offers a queen size beds with hotel quality mattress and luxury linens and the guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. These two bedrooms are separated by a glass enclosed atrium with floor to ceiling sliders that open to a tranquil fountain.

The full size washer and dryer and parking for 1 car is in the attached garage.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
