Smart TVs are in every bedroom, and a 75” “framed” Smart TV with a Sonos soundbar lives in the Great room. Play a game of pool while watching TV or making a meal. The kitchen also has an open flow, and is well appointed w/ 2 ovens.

POOL
There is an additional fee of $75/day for pool heating, and requires a 48-hour notice to get the pool to 87 degrees. There is no extra fee to heat the spa.
PETS
This home accommodates guests with allergies, therefore pets are not permitted at any time! If you bring a pet your stay will be terminated with no refund.
CHILDREN
Children are welcome, though the house is not childproof and we do not supply toys/Pack n Play etc. for children. We do supply a pool and pool toys for everyone.
SMOKING
This is a completely smoke-free home. No smoking on the premises inside or out. Thank you for your respect.

The city of Palm Springs has whole-heartedly embraced legitimate vacation rentals. However, in order to maintain our vacation rental permit the city has implemented a few very strict policies that we must enforce. Otherwise, the city will revoke our permit after 3 legitimate complaints. Complaints by neighbors generally stem from excessive outdoor noise from people and music, and too many cars or guests. As such, the city has implemented a "no outdoor noise" policy, which means no outdoor music, and people (including children playing excessively loudly) being mindful of noise levels. We are allowed 8 guests and 4 cars. Thank you for your understanding!
Cancellation policy
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
